Our Community Outreach team has been hard at work this week, bringing free health screenings and health education directly to the heart of Hudson County! 💙📚

✅ On Tuesday, we visited Hunger Free UIC in Bayonne and a senior living facility in Jersey City

✅ On Wednesday, we partnered with Grace Community Services to support senior citizens and individuals experiencing homelessness

✅ On Thursday, we were proud to serve the community at the Hoboken Health Department
