Men’s Health Week

June is Men’s Health Month and today starts men’s health week! See how you can support raising awareness for men’s health issues by wearing Blue June 18 at work. Show us your blue:

The CDC reports 14.9% of men in the U.S. aged 18 and over are in fair or poor health. The top causes of death among adult men include heart disease, cancer, unintentional injuries, chronic lower respiratory disease, and stroke.

Take initiative to #Stayhealthy today by exercising regularly, eating a healthy diet, seeing your healthcare provider for your annual checkup, and cutting out bad habits (such as smoking) from your lifestyle.
