Dr. Marc Goldstein serves as the Chief Medical Officer at Alliance, bringing over 30 years of expertise in comprehensive primary and geriatric care. As a Board-Certified Doctor of Osteopathic and Certified Medical Doctor, he is licensed in New Jersey, New York, and Pennsylvania. Dr. Goldstein is well-versed in electronic health records charting, customer service, and business management, enhancing patient care and organizational efficiency. His core competencies include internal medicine, primary care, family medicine, gerontology, hospice and palliative care, and preventative care. He earned his Doctor of Osteopathic Medicine degree from the Philadelphia College of Osteopathic Medicine.

Dr. Siripurapu joined Alliance Community Healthcare upon learning that it was a community-based clinic providing excellent healthcare in an urban setting. Driven by providing quality care to all patients, Dr. Siripurapu has worked in the field of Internal Medicine for over twenty years and continues to learn about new specializations.

Patients can expect compassionate quality care with Dr. Siripurapu as she always tries to learn from every patient and address their needs from a holistic perspective. Dr. Siripurapu is certified by the American Board of Internal Medicine, NY & NJ HIV AETC, and National Association of Community Health Centers. She has received a Horizon NJ Health Quality of Service award and an American College of Physicians Certificate of Achievement. She is also a Non-invasive Cardiology fellow, a member of the American College of Physicians-American Society of Internal Medicine and a member of the American Medical Association.

Dr. Henrietta Bright is a dedicated physician with a medical degree from Tufts University School of Medicine. With 6 to 10 years of experience in the field, she is a valued member of our Women’s Health Department team. Dr. Bright is committed to providing comprehensive and compassionate care to her patients. Her proficiency in Spanish allows her to connect with a diverse patient population, ensuring effective communication and understanding. Passionate about advancing women’s health, Dr. Bright continually seeks to enhance her expertise and contribute to the well-being of her community.

Dr. Abbie D. Jacobs is a member of our family medicine team, bringing over two decades of experience in patient care. She earned her medical degree from the esteemed School of Medicine at Mount Sinai, and has since dedicated her career to treating a variety of conditions with a focus on chronic diabetes, asthma, and high blood pressure management. Dr. Jacobs is renowned for her compassionate approach and commitment to improving her patients’ quality of life through comprehensive, personalized care.

Ms. Baskar graduated with her nursing degree in India before coming to the U.S. and feeling a push to further her career. Her nursing experience has helped her in patient interactions, especially now as a nurse practitioner. Before joining our team, she was a part of Newark Community Health Center then joined neurosurgery, inpatient and outpatient, at Rutgers University Hospital Newark as a specialty.  

Time management and a calm demeanor are essential to her practice. She finds drive in being able to support her patients in both their physical and emotional health as she guides them to full recovery. She is attentive to what her patients need and feels that just a few words of encouragement can go a long way. Accessibility also plays a large factor in her practice as she goes above and beyond to help her patients. 

Kylie Zimmerman is a dedicated Family Medicine Physician Assistant committed to providing comprehensive medical care to patients of all ages and backgrounds. At Alliance, she focuses on delivering high-quality healthcare services, including patient consultations, physical examinations, laboratory test interpretations, diagnosis, medication prescriptions, and management of treatment plans. Kylie is passionate about fostering a welcoming and safe environment where patients feel valued and cared for. With a strong background in biology and nutrition, she emphasizes the importance of education in promoting healthier lifestyles, encouraging activities like balanced nutrition and nature walks. Kylie is an advocate for preventive health measures and is eager to support her patients in achieving their wellness goals while contributing positively to the community.

Helen Polanco is a dedicated Physician Assistant in the family medicine department, committed to delivering high-quality healthcare to all patients. With a strong alignment to ACH’s mission of community service, Helen strives to address patient needs with compassion and excellence. As a first-generation Dominican American from a low-income background, she is acutely aware of the challenges faced by underserved communities and is passionate about bridging the gap in healthcare access, particularly for Spanish-speaking patients. Helen is enthusiastic about utilizing her skills and experiences to enhance patient care and contribute to the organization’s goals, ensuring that every patient receives attentive and comprehensive medical support.

Hazrat Saeed is a dedicated Advanced Practice Nurse (APN) specializing in providing comprehensive primary care to patients of all ages within the family unit. With a strong focus on performing initial examinations, including physical exams and patient observations, Saeed excels in setting up and monitoring medical equipment, ordering and administering diagnostic tests, and prescribing medications. His primary goal is to deliver high-quality care while fostering strong, trusting relationships with patients and their families, promoting open communication and effective healthcare management. Saeed collaborates with other healthcare professionals to ensure a holistic approach to patient health, staying current on evidence-based practices and guidelines. Known for his compassion and empathy, Saeed builds trust and understanding with his patients, supported by his excellent communication skills. His adaptability and resilience in dynamic healthcare settings, coupled with a commitment to lifelong learning, enable him to provide the most up-to-date and effective care possible.

Dr. Sodhi graduated Rohtak Medical College in 1977 while in India and did her residency with the University of Medicine & Dentistry here in NJ. At the time of her residency training, HIV was booming with children among the infected population. Committed to her goal, Dr. Sodhi decided to pursue a fellowship in infectious disease with the Medical Center of Delaware. She believed it would be much more fulfilling than any other area as she found inspiration in helping patients–the children and adolescents, do well.  

Before Alliance, while working with Jersey City Medical Center, she had the opportunity to train pediatric residents. She strives to be a role model in her work, especially for her young medical-field inspired patients, and a professional in whom parents can find confidence in for the care of their children. 

Ms. Tobias graduated from a foreign medical school with specialization in Pediatrics and after coming to America, she earned her Master of Science for Advanced Practice Pediatric Nurse Practitioner from Rutgers University. Ms. Tobias now has 30 years of pediatric experience to date in the U.S. 

She works in the Pediatric Emergency Department, Pediatric Urgent Care, and the specialized area of Pediatric Vascular Access. Working in healthcare is both an honor and a privilege not accorded to everybody, it is a calling. She treats patients with respect, compassion, and dignity. She injects humor to her daily routine to lighten the day as it promotes wellness, healing, and the establishment of a good rapport with everybody–patients and coworkers alike.

Susan Ortiz is a compassionate and dedicated Advanced Practice Nurse (APN) who plays an integral role in our pediatric team. With an education from the State University of New Jersey, Susan has honed her skills and expertise to provide exceptional care to every patient she encounters. Her bilingual proficiency in Spanish further enhances her ability to connect with and serve a diverse patient population. Susan’s caring nature and unwavering commitment to pediatric healthcare make her a valued and respected member of our team, consistently going above and beyond to ensure the well-being of young patients.

While conducting research on fertility for his PhD program at Mount Sinai, Dr. Friedman grew an interest in OBGYN which led his academic career towards medicine. After twenty-two years within the field, he continues to enjoy his work–especially in Obstetrics within that special moment of delivering a child. For the future, he would love to continue to develop his expertise within the Obstetrics field, reconstructive and robotic surgery. He attributes his successful practice to a method centering around open communication and genuine empathy. Dr. Friedman is proud to have the privilege of being a doctor and serving the diverse Jersey City community through Alliance.  

He believes in mutual trust between patient and doctor with honest medical advisement that bears the patient’s best interests in mind. His patients know that they can call Dr. Friedman should they be experiencing trouble in their health and he is quick to work with them on addressing the issue.

Dr. Woroch received his MD from the Santiago University of Technology in the Dominican Republic. Having completed his residency in Jersey City Medical Center, joining the Alliance Community Healthcare team felt like coming back home.  With twenty years of experience in OBGYN healthcare, Dr. Woroch is determined to serve state of the art care to every patient he sees. Determination and dedication are key to his practice as his approaches every patient with compassion. He pays careful attention to every detail of a patient’s history and treatment plan.

Gloria Odoemena is a dedicated and highly experienced nurse practitioner who plays an integral role in our Women’s Health team. With over 30 years of nursing expertise, she has consistently demonstrated her capability in handling positions of increasing responsibility, showcasing her mastery of a wide range of complex medical equipment. Gloria is proficient in the setup and use of routine and surgical medical equipment, including IV apparatus, EKG, and electronic health monitoring systems. Her skills extend to the adept use of healthcare delivery software, which enhance her ability to manage patient care and records efficiently. Known for her strong patient care relationships and effective team and client management skills, Gloria embodies a comprehensive understanding of the nursing profession, making her a valuable asset to the healthcare community.

Dr. Belgrave put the accommodation and flexibility he learned from growing up as a military-dependent kid towards medical practice. He continues to find drive in being able to work the frontlines, the back office, and from the sense of clarity he experiences working “in the moment.” Under his care, patients can expect his full attention and three decades of experience. Communication is important as Dr. Belgrave puts forth genuine compassion into getting to know what his patients need. As he is reaching the end of his career, Dr. Belgrave hopes to lead the future generation in medicine in mentorship like those who had guided him. 

Dr. Leonard Anderson is a dedicated dentist at ACH, where he provides both routine and emergency dental care to patients and community members. Originally from Florida, Dr. Anderson completed his Bachelor’s degree in Nutritional Sciences and earned his Doctor of Dental Medicine (DMD) from the University of Florida. He is committed to enhancing the dental department’s community outreach efforts and looks forward to contributing to its growth. His enthusiasm for dentistry and community engagement makes him a valuable asset to the ACH team.

Dr. Sethi received his MBBS from Rawalpindi Medical College and completed his residency at Long Island Jewish Medical Center. He is an American Board of Psychiatry & Neurology and American Board of Geriatric Psychiatry diplomate. With over twenty years of experience, Dr. Sethi works with his patients to identify and treat them through various types of psychological illness. 

Mr. Peltz has worked within clinical social work since 2013 after receiving his Master’s in Social Work from Rutgers University. His passion for the field came about when he connected with a hospital in high school and experienced a change in perspective for his future.

He believes that physical health is very connected to mental health so he works to obtain optimal personal, physical and mental health with all his patients. Mr. Peltz exercises complete honesty to empower patients and colleagues alike towards attaining their mutual goals in a teamwork atmosphere. He is a public speaker for the National Brain Injury Association and Autism Speaks.

Christine Bell, LCSW, is a dedicated and compassionate licensed clinical social worker with a focus on patient care, community engagement, and both micro and group counseling sessions. With a commitment to professional growth, Christine actively seeks to enhance her skills by engaging with diverse populations, ensuring she remains adaptable and patient-oriented. Her approach is rooted in providing ethical and competent service to all clients, reflecting her belief in the importance of ethical practice and customer service excellence. Christine’s dedication to her field is evident in her ability to quickly adapt to new environments while maintaining a high standard of care.
